Tiltaway Beds of Australia commenced business in April 2001. Wallbed mechanism’s are imported from Murphy Beds of Canada. Murphy Beds have been Designing, Manufacturing & Distributing since 1975, We offer state-of-the art disappearing beds engineered to world class standards and certification. (Our cabinets are made to order locally).
With Space being a premium in any Home, Apartment or Townhouse wallbeds are having a resurgence in North America, Japan and Australia. Wallbeds give the choice of multi-purpose use in any room by creating more space on a smaller footprint.
The original bolt-to-the-floor, bi-fold door foldaway beds are history! Over the years many bed lift systems have been tested including: gas struts, bicycle chain counter balances and torsion spring beds, none of which compare with our product. |

| The Complete Hardware Kit consists of one pair of spring lift mechanisms, 18 springs, safety spring covers, panel guards, one pair of manual safety heavy duty tubular fold-out legs. Elite ABF complete with a centre face panel Stiffener-Joiner. All four bed frame sections and the Stiffener-Joiner are pre-taped with commercial glue tape for strong and quick assembly. |

| We offer a range of side cabinets (to match the bed cabinet) with slide out bed side tables. Side cabinets can be made to any size depending on your room. We can also incorporate a desk/computer work-station. |
